I’m working on BrewLog, a personal coffee journal designed to help coffee enthusiasts track their brews, discover new flavors, and refine their brewing process. I’ve just put together an initial design page showcasing the core features, including the home screen, profile, tasting notes, and a coffee map.
I’d really appreciate your feedback on the design, usability, and any features you think could add value. Your insights will help shape the final product before launch.
I appreciate the idea very much! But the design needs a lot of work. It needs to have an appealing look & feel. Right now it is very cold and off-putting because the layout looks like an AI-generated template for a website whose maker doesn't know what they want their site to do. Look around at other coffee & similar sites online and start a moodboard or something to get started... notice the color schemes and how things "feel". Perhaps make the background a dark rich brown--it should relate to the content. Good luck!
Thanks for the feedback, I’m not the best at UI design and just tried to take some inspiration from other websites. I’m not sure really how to fine tune it down to how it needs to be. Gunna have a look tonight to see if i could change the colour scheme around, but i’m not sure how else to improve?
