My iPhone 16 Pro immediately started heating up the moment I opened the page. 11/10 working as designed!

  • jameslk 2 hours ago

Yes, I didn’t know my phone had a secret feature of becoming an instant hand warmer until I visited this website

maxfurman 19 hours ago

This is one of the stupidest, most amazing things I've seen in quite a while. I'm glad to see someone doing something silly just for fun and not just hustling.

n2dasun 2 hours ago

This is awesome, but also makes me want to fight you

knowknow 20 hours ago

This is the epitome of crappy website designs and I love it. The unnecessary gradients, nauseating movements, ambiguous buttons, and overall clutter really symbolizes Mr. worldwide’s shoddiness.

  • treetalker 19 hours ago

And leaving the upside down exclamation point off the "Dale!" — chef's kiss. So Miami.

Adding a "que bola!!!" somewhere would be the icing on the cake.

  • oliwarner 8 hours ago

The pulsing title underline causing page shift is genius. It's a blinking marquee away from perfection.

    • bmicraft 7 hours ago

Helps that my phone renders the layout shifting at ~5fps

  • MarcelOlsz 17 hours ago

I will always respect him for doing the Alaska show.

    • smallpipe 12 hours ago

There was an online contest to vote for Pitbull to go perform at your local Walmart. The internet being what it is, he got sent to the most remote Walmart in the US, Kodiak Alaska. He did go and perform. What a top lad.

    • jayrot 16 hours ago

For real. I’m sure he got money or whatever but it does show a certain sense of humor/self awareness

      • jagermo 13 hours ago

I also have not yet heard that he is a sex criminal, despite his lyrics.

NoboruWataya 11 hours ago

Looks great, though surely Mr Worldwide has sufficient wisdom to go around that we don't have to ration it to one quote a day!

I've seen Pitbull twice, it's always a great show. Lots of energy and plenty of nuggets of wisdom dispensed between songs, lol.

thiht 44 minutes ago

I love that the "not now" button does nothing

pelagicAustral 6 hours ago

Nice one. I appreciate the humor. I t reminded me of an app I used to praise on my Nokia Lumia on Windows Phone, it was a simple Chael Sonnen wisdom app I could open anytime to get some quotes from the GOAT

pratik661 18 hours ago

All this needs is a song that starts immediately playing when this loads in your browser and you have a full nostalgia trip

Seems more 80s/vaporwave to me than glassmorphism.

    Same problem.

fastball 15 hours ago

Love the website but that Pitbull quote of the day is kinda... rapey

  • lazide 8 hours ago

On the plus side, pitbull seems like one of the few with no actual rape accusations. So that’s good?

ecocentrik 16 hours ago

Pitbull's personal philosophy strongly compliments the Musk, Andreessen, Thiel, Altman worldview. I imagine Musk's first Martian colony will outlaw all music except for Pitbull.

memhole 19 hours ago

I find the moving background nauseating lol. I like it though. Hope you enjoy the show!

kylehotchkiss 15 hours ago

I hope every second of the show delivers what you’ve been anticipating. 11/10 great work

kittikitti 14 minutes ago

This app is revolutionary in the design. It's not campy but the next generation. It's an upgrade from AI slop, perhaps "AI camp"? Like, people asked an AI for a million features, it gave them slop, but during camp they all figured it out and made it to the front page!

I also like the "breathing". This is probably nauseating for most people but I sort of do this while scrolling so I have my finger ready to swipe in between the seconds I read through the screen.

ks2048 18 hours ago

I want to love/hate this, but when I click Dale, it says come back tomorrow (?)

NetOpWibby 18 hours ago

Thank you for this, I hope it shoots to the front page.

pirbull 6 hours ago

The fact that this is in the lead up to a show outside the US makes this even better

DarmokJalad1701 20 hours ago

Who is Dale?

  • alehlopeh 20 hours ago

It’s Miami (read: Spanish) for “word” or “cheers”

    • adynaton 20 hours ago

It means " go" or "let's go"

      • alehlopeh 19 hours ago

Sure but what’s it used for. To finish a conversation.

        • _3u10 15 hours ago

It’s both, it’s not just a Miami thing. I hear it all over Latin America. In both ways like dale dale Olimpia (go <team> go).

Me: I’ll have a burger. Waiter: dale.

I don’t hear it much in Argentina tho, but maybe I wasn’t listening for it.

          • CPLX 3 hours ago

Don't forget "vale" which I always think of as being Spain Spanish but you hear it all over the Spanish speaking world too. Which is like almost the same, but not the same.

  • treetalker 19 hours ago

You could translate the Spanish literally as "hit it". It's like saying "alright!"

    • ch4s3 19 hours ago

I think “let’s gooooooo!” Is probably closer? Ish

      • CPLX 9 hours ago

If we are being literal literal it’s “give it” or “give (it to you)”

        • ch4s3 4 hours ago

Right, but that obviously isn't how it should be translated in context.

          • CPLX 3 hours ago

It's pretty close. I always think of "send it" as a pretty close English equivalent phrase.

nickvec 15 hours ago

This site made me feel nauseous.

lunarcave 20 hours ago

I don't know why I like it, but I like it.

boristsr 19 hours ago

This reminds me very much of the fun of the "old internet", late 90's early 2000s geocities fun! Love it.

tt_dev 19 hours ago

I had my phone on my chest and breathing. Took me a minute to realize my breath matched the movement.

cjbconnor 21 hours ago

Looks cool, but the bottom lines flicker badly on Firefox, Windows 11.

  • idopmstuff 20 hours ago

I mean based on this website I'm gonna say feature not a bug

    • flaminHotSpeedo 17 hours ago

Fine, I guess I'll just go take my IE7 impressions elsewhere!

dev_stdout 17 hours ago

This is nauseating. 10/10, no notes.

I thought there must be another Mr. Worldwide I'm not familiar with. Nope, it's Pitbull ;)

I like it.

SanjayMehta 16 hours ago

I have no idea what’s going on here and from the comments it appears that this is by design.

therm0 16 hours ago

Unironically better than all the 'Another GPT Wrapper' apps that get submitted here.

alehlopeh 20 hours ago

Now I’m aware that a lot of Swedish people are into Pitbull.

  • dkh 19 hours ago

A lot of people are into Pitbull.
